So this is old news to pretty much anyone that sees this blog, since facebook and emails have reached most of you, but for posterity's sake, we wanted to add an official announcement here, and for anyone that our emails did not reach.
These first 2 were taken in the delivery room. They had told us on the hospital tour that you couldn't take pics with the staff in the room (liability I guess?) so we held off on pictures. When we did get the camera out and realized they didn't care, we were bummed that we hadn't taken a lot more, but oh well....we've got plenty of pictures of him now! (and just FYI- my nailpolish was NOT black...it was a dark maroon)

He is so adorable. I have been checking your blog constantly waiting for pictures. I am glad to see all is well. I will send a gift eventually, but I am not making any promises of when. :)Things just seem too crazy right now.
