Photographers....

Yes, he is a first child and in case we need to prove it here are the pics:

Emmett meets his Michigan Family!

This was the beginning of October, when Emmett was 3 weeks old:
Aunt Savannah gets a turn
Lillroses and LaPierres overlapped one night for a very full, fun house
Renee made some chocolate trifle...mmmmm
Not sure what the seance pose is for
It's actually making me sad to go through these pictures because it proves that he really has grown....tons!! Why don't they stay small very long?
Uncle Jason holding Emmett for the first time

Jason's friend, Megan, also got to meet Emmett

This is probably the only time in his first month of life that he was not held ;)

Watching, wearing and rooting for MSU!

Savannah made him this hat while she was here and it finally fits him...
it is adorable!
The Balloon Fiesta!
Micah and I had already been twice that week and you have to go pretty early,
so we sat this one out, but they had a great time!

Savannah multitasking
Jason carried him on our hike around the foothills

Sunsets in Albuquerque are pretty amazing because you can see the whole sky!

Oh Blessed Day!

Emmett had a REALLY big weekend! He met both his grandpas for the first time and had both grandmas in town and showed off quite a bit and he was blessed in Sacrament meeting, too!
Meeting Grandpa Lillrose at the airport Friday morning
Nana was pretty excited to see him again, too ;)

And like I mentioned, he showed off-look at that smile!
and he 'walked'
and played
I was VERY excited when the menfolk started (and finished that night) this project Saturday
-shelving in the garage!! HURRAH for some storage!!!

Another trip to the airport Saturday afternoon for G-pa
(and G-ma, but we only have a video of the both of them)
Dad's famous pose

Showing how to do the beans
Sunday morning, ready for his big day!

With his BFF at church, Porter
The Happy Family
(and no, I don't have food in my mouth...I just look like
a squirrel getting ready for winter for some reason)

You probably don't recognize them, but this is Nicole & Hyrum Anderson's little guys!
They came for dinner and we had a great visit with them and our parents
I HEART Grandpa!
He loves his new lion outfit-and his lion!
A great time was had by all!! So sad to see everyone go,
but luckily Christmas travel is just next week!
